Invoice and appointment policy
Invoice details may be requested by email when required. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been completed, and the meeting time is confirmed according to both parties’ availability.
One rescheduling request can be accommodated when made at least 24 hours before the meeting. No refund is available for non-attendance or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the meeting.
